My brain has been buzzing with ideas for as long as I can remember.
From unique business ventures to storytelling, I’ve enjoyed finding creative and effective ways to package my ideas — though I didn’t develop these traits until much later.
I’m currently finishing up my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at Wichita State University with a minor in Communications. ETA: May 2025, woohoo!

August 2024 - December 2024
With tasks starting in May 2024, I took the role of design director for Wichita State’s student-led newspaper, The Sunflower, in August 2024. I gained the role after two years as a section editor from 2022 to 2024, writing, reporting, assigning stories, and, of course, designing pages and graphics.
My responsibilities ranged from leadership and collaboration to creation of advertising and marketing materials as well as the design of 2 to 12 print pages with each newspaper issue. I oversaw graphics, illustrations, social media and overall design and led The Sunflower’s art direction.
Collectively, we earned Best of Show at ACP’s Fall 2024 Convention. I earned 4th place in Newspaper/Newsmagazine Page/Spread and worked with a small team for 1st place advertising media kit.

With Promo Solutions, I work to create unique promotional designs for various clients from Wichita State and beyond, ranging from socks to tablecloths.

I had the privilege of working alongside other student designers under the direction of Jenny Venn of StudioJenVenn.
I prepared deliverables for local clients, gained experience in videography and marketing, and collaborated with like-minded creatives.
